The following pictures have been selected with the help of Professor Wiebke Loeper, photography teacher at the Fachhochschule of Potsdam, where Napoli 2035 project was created.
Her class was named “Freiwillig” and had the purpose of exploring different narrative areas to show how volunteers work. “Freiwillig” is the German word for “voluntarily”. Something you can and want to do, without any other goal except helping people.
This collection grows constantly and puts together pictures taken in Berlin, during volunteering days at the Berliner Obdachlosenhilfe e.V., and in Italy, especially between Naples and Salerno, where the project started.
